The Somerset Levels are an area in the South West of England, UK.
It is a lowland plain that is full of lakes, reedbeds and wildlife. Noted for being associated with Avalon, Glastonbury and for being subject to winter flooding.
This website covers the whole of the Somerset Levels but have an emphasis on the central region. These wetland areas are home to some of the most important wildlife reserves in the UK.
